Situation back to problem solving tools
Situation is about your current situation. Maybe you have a problem that doesn't allow you to sleep or maybe you think you don't have any problem or maybe you don't have any problem... but then, could you think about improving something? or maybe could you help somebody else to solve a problem?
This could be your first step, but also could be the last step: When you have finished working on a problem and then you stop to think if the problem has been solved or still needs more work on it.

1. What is worrying you now? and Why?
2. Why there is this problem? Because of "x".
Then ask yourself: Why there is "X"? Because of "Y".
Then ask yourself: Why there is "Y"? and continue till you have thought deeper about the nature of the problem.
3. Who else has currently this same problem? Could you solve it together?
4. Who else had in the past this problem? What did he do? Could he give you some advice?
5. Have you already tried to do something about it? What happened? What did you learn from trying?
